What data we collect
When you fill in one of the request forms on this site we collect: your name, email address, the text of your message and, if present, the commission category you selected (portrait, icon, landscape, digital artwork or other). We do not collect any other personal data and we do not use profiling cookies.
Legal basis and purpose
The processing is based on the consent you give by ticking the checkbox in the form. There is a single purpose: replying to you and, if you wish, following up on your commission request.
Who processes the data
Forms are handled directly by our site, hosted on Cloudflare, which provides the hosting infrastructure and may log standard technical connection data (IP address, user agent) for security purposes. The same Cloudflare provides aggregated traffic statistics (Cloudflare Analytics) based on server logs, with no cookies or scripts in the browser and no way to identify individual visitors. Sending the email is delegated to Resend (United States), which delivers the message to our inbox without storing it. None of these parties uses your data for their own purposes, advertising or profiling, and your data is not sold or shared with other third parties. How long we keep it
Messages received by email stay in our inbox for as long as needed to handle the request and, absent a subsequent commission relationship, no longer than 24 months.
Your rights
As a data subject you have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing and objection, under EU Regulation 2016/679 (GDPR). To exercise any of these rights, including a request to delete your data, write to info@igorski.it.
